A Series | Label Compression Machine
A.200
Our hydraulic compression machine efficiently and cost-effectively removes old labels in bottling plants. The WEIMA A.200 compresses labels into a diameter of 200 mm. Removed labels are fed into the compression machine, where they are compacted and stored in containers without any water dripping.
A.250
Our hydraulic compressor effectively and cost-efficiently removes old labels in bottling plants. The WEIMA A.250 compresses labels to a diameter of 250 mm. The removed labels are sent to the compressor, where they are compressed and stored in a container without any liquid leakage.
A.300
Our dewatering compression machine offers an efficient and cost-effective solution for removing old labels in bottling plants. The WEIMA A.300 produces compressed labels with a diameter of 300 mm. Removed labels are fed into the label compression machine, where they are compacted and sent to containers without any water dripping. The hydraulic cylinder reduces the volume of uncompressed labels by approximately 70%, with residual moisture around 30%. The extracted liquid is collected and can be returned to the cleaning system.
G Series | Packaging Compression Machine
G.200
With the WEIMA G.200, you get a modern and highly efficient compression machine designed for draining and compressing food packaging, beverages, and detergent containers. This dewatering machine can compress materials at a rate of up to 4.2 cubic metres per hour, achieving a compression ratio of up to 99%, reducing the diameter to just 200 millimetres, with residual moisture as low as 3-30%. It is ideal for further recycling processes.
G.300
With the WEIMA G.300 machine, you get a modern and highly efficient compression machine for draining and compressing food packaging, beverages, and detergent containers. This dewatering machine can compress materials at a rate of up to 8 cubic metres per hour, achieving a compression ratio of up to 99%, reducing the diameter to just 300 millimetres, with residual moisture as low as 3-30%. This makes it ideal for further processing in recycling operations.
