The A model machine features an exceptionally durable design with a simple structure and fewer electronic components. Compared to screw-type compressors, it has fewer moving parts, resulting in less wear and tear even after years of use.

The A model machine is made from stainless steel, offering high durability, easy maintenance, and excellent hygiene.
The disc is stable due to the angled design of the discharge pipe.
The disc is created by a press cylinder that compresses the material against the disc within the discharge pipe. The angled design of the discharge pipe generates sufficient resistance to effectively compress and drain water from the material. Additionally, the angle of the discharge pipe can be adjusted to further enhance compression.
The flexibility in product discharge is increased due to the higher height of the pipe.
The WEIMA label compression machine features an angled discharge pipe, allowing the compressed product to be discharged at a higher level and sent directly into containers without the need for a conveyor belt. The discharge direction can be customised to the left or right, depending on your space requirements, ensuring seamless integration with your production line.
Due to its robust design, the WEIMA label compressor is exceptionally resistant to contaminants. Compared to screw-type compressors, the A model does not experience mechanical blockages and can compress harmful foreign materials, such as glass shards, into the compressed product. This method effectively prevents clogging or jamming of the machine.
Easily adjust the program through PLC control.
The PLC control is optimised for the dewatering process. Settings such as pressing force and working time are pre-configured but can be easily adjusted as needed. If required, the machine can operate in either manual or automatic mode. We use only high-quality components from renowned brands like Siemens, Allen Bradley, or Rittal.
Operates 24/7 with a consistent operating temperature.
The WEIMA A model comes with an aluminium hydraulic tank as standard, which helps maintain a consistent hydraulic oil temperature without the need for additional cooling equipment. This enables the machine to operate continuously in multiple shifts, 24/7.

For the best integration with your production line, the WEIMA label compression machine can be installed either as a standalone unit or suspended on the bottle washer. The connection between the compressor and the bottle washer enhances efficiency, such as synchronising the cycle time for simultaneous operation. The A model label compressor can also function excellently as a standalone unit without any issues.
Durable against foreign materials without causing blockages.
Compact size for flexible installation.
The A model machine offers various flexible positioning options and can be perfectly adapted to your space. With lockable wheels, the standalone unit can be easily moved and repositioned for maintenance and cleaning. Additionally, if needed, the hydraulic unit with control panel can be installed up to 7.5 metres away from the label compressor.
Efficient collection and discharge of lye with a lye collection tray.
The lye squeezed out during the compression process is collected in a lye collection tray. The liquid is then efficiently discharged, either into the drainage system or back into the lye recirculation system. This connection can be customised according to the customer's requirements.
